Early in 1999, a video CD set was released in Europe.  The set includes a video CD, an audio CD & an 18 page booklet.  The material is an old live television appearance from 1978.  Titled "X-OFFENDERS", the 11 tracks include the following: "X-Offender", "Little Girl Lies", "Look Good In Blue", "Man Overboard", "In The Flesh", "I'm On E", "Love At The Pier", "I Didn't Have The Nerve To Say No", "Bermuda Triangle Blues", "Kidnapper" "Youth Nabbed As Sniper".
